HALF HOLLOW HILLS TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION WILL DAY
MONDAY, MARCH 10, 2008
Due to the overwhelming response we have had we are offering one additional opportunity this year to update or draft a simple will. As a benefit of the Half Hollow Hills Welfare Trust Fund Group Legal Service Plan, you are entitled to draft or update a Simple Will each year. The same holds true for your spouse or domestic partner. This is a service that is provided at no cost to Half Hollow Hills TA and Paraprofessional members.
On march 10, 2008, plan attorneys will be at the Half Hollow Hills TA Union office at 6268 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, NY 11725, Unit 10, beginning at 2:00 pm, to meet with legal plan participants on an individual basis to assist in drafting a Simple Will. Members, spouses, family members, or domestic partners are invited to attend the session. If you plan on attending, please be sure to bring your completed Confidential Will Questionnaire, which was previously sent to you, to the scheduled appointment. If you need an additional questionnaire, please call Cathy in the Half Hollow Hills TA Union office at 499-4240.
